  • The course has not been completed or a significant portion of it has not been consumed (e.g., more than 25% of the course content has been accessed).
  • The purchase was made directly through OnlineBrightBoard. Refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms are subject to the policies of those platforms.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The refund request is made after the eligible refund period.
  • The course has been fully completed or a substantial portion has been accessed.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases are final and not eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated.
  • Certificates of completion once issued are non-refundable.

3. Subscription Refunds

If you are enrolled in a subscription plan:

  • Partial refunds are not provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of the billing cycle.

To request a refund:

  2. Include your order ID, the course name, and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy
